Overview
PUDU GT3 is Pudu Robotics' commercial compact robotic mower. With a 1602 × 946.6 × 1124 mm body and a weight of 450 kg including batteries, it is built for large turf surfaces such as sports pitches and public grounds.
What sets the machine apart is that it combines cutting and collection in a single pass: during rotary mowing it simultaneously vacuums grass clippings, fallen leaves and light turf debris into its hopper. No second collection run or follow-up cleanup crew is needed. Width of cut is 914.4 mm (36 in), height of cut adjusts between 38 and 114 mm (1.5-4.5 in), and maximum mowing speed is 10 km/h.
Site recognition starts with one autonomous lap: after completing it, the GT3 generates a precise map and automatically detects the border between turf and paved surfaces. The saved layout supports manual editing for no-go zones and transit pathways; along pre-mapped routes the robot transits between different pitches on its own and resumes mowing on arrival. When the hopper fills, it transits to empty it and returns precisely to the breakpoint to continue.
With the blades disabled, the GT3 becomes a walkway sweeper; dual sweeping brushes push edge leaves and debris towards the vacuum intake, keeping the machine productive outside the mowing season.
On safety, it recognizes pedestrians, vehicles and site assets such as hoses or light poles, then slows down, bypasses or stops according to risk level. The body carries IP66 protection, handling dust, water spray and routine washing. Emergency stops, blade interlocks, automatic braking on lift and tilt, and indicator lights complete that protection.
For energy, a 13 kWh battery delivers 4-5 hours of runtime and 20,000 m² (2 ha / 5 acres) of coverage per full charge. Standard charging takes 4-5 hours at 3.3 kW; optional 6 kW fast charging brings that down to 2.2 hours. In Turkey it is offered through Pudu Robotics Turkey Distributor robotlar.org with Turkish technical support, installation consulting and after-sales service.
One-Pass Cutting and Collection
The GT3 cuts, vacuums, and collects grass clippings, fallen leaves, and light turf debris simultaneously during large-scale rotary mowing. This continuous system leaves behind a spotless field, completely eliminating the need for secondary cleanups or follow-up crews.

Mowing and Sweeping
The GT3 handles both mowing and sweeping. Disabling the blades turns the machine into a walkway cleaner, keeping your asset productive all year round.

Auto-Dump and Task Resumption
The GT3 autonomously transits to empty its hopper when full, then returns precisely to the breakpoint to continue its task. This built-in feature ensures seamless performance without requiring operator intervention.

Auto Mapping and Border Recognition
The GT3 generates a precise map after completing a single autonomous lap, automatically detecting the boundaries between turf and paved surfaces. This saved layout supports manual editing for custom no-go zones and transit pathways.

Autonomous Cross-Zone Transit
The GT3 moves seamlessly between different pitches or turf zones along pre-mapped routes. Eliminating the need for manual handling, the GT3 automatically transits and resumes mowing upon arrival to effortlessly cover multiple fields.

Ultimate Edge Sweeping
Equipped with dual sweeping brushes, the GT3 sweeps edge leaves and debris towards the vacuum intake. This design improves border cleanup and reduces manual touch-ups.

Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance
The GT3 instantly recognizes pedestrians, vehicles, and assets like hoses or light poles. Based on risk levels, it automatically slows down, bypasses, or stops to eliminate collision risks on public turf.

IP66 Protection and Multi-Layered Safety
Built with IP66 weatherproofing to handle dust, water spray, and routine washing, the GT3 incorporates comprehensive safety mechanisms: emergency stops, blade interlocks, lift/tilt automatic braking, and indicator lights.
