This comparison is often framed as "service against advertising", but that split does not hold for the Pro versions: the BellaBot Pro and the KettyBot Pro both carry an 18.5 inch advertising screen. The screen is a shared feature, not a differentiator. What to look at when choosing between them is capacity, footprint and shift length.
The Difference in Capacity: 40 kg and 30 kg
The BellaBot Pro carries 40 kg across 4 trays at 10 kg each. The KettyBot Pro carries 30 kg across 3 trays, also at 10 kg each. The fourth tray reduces the number of rounds during busy service, which makes it decisive for food service, and it never fills in a greeting or promotion scenario, which makes it irrelevant there. The BellaBot Pro also carries AI dish recognition, so it can tell what is on which tray and manage the delivery accordingly.
The Difference in Footprint: 570 mm and 435 mm
The BellaBot Pro is 570 × 550 × 1290 mm at 55 kg. The KettyBot Pro is 435 × 450 × 1120 mm at 38 kg, with a minimum passage width of 52 cm. That 13.5 cm of width decides whether you have to rearrange the tables in an existing venue. Crowded lobbies, store aisles and tight table layouts are the KettyBot Pro's territory. Its ingress rating is IP20, meaning strictly indoor use.
The Difference in Shift Length: 11-15 Hours and 9 Hours
The BellaBot Pro runs 11 to 15 hours on a 25.6 Ah battery. The KettyBot Pro gives 9 hours unloaded on a 20 Ah battery and charges in 3.5 hours. In a venue open from breakfast through to late service, 9 hours does not cover the day and you need a mid-shift charge or a second unit. For a shop or information desk that opens in the morning and closes in the evening, 9 hours is more than enough. Both run at 1.2 m/s, adjustable on the BellaBot Pro.
The Decision
If food service dominates and rounds are busy, choose the BellaBot Pro, which is where the fourth tray and the long shift come from. If greeting, wayfinding and promotion dominate, your venue is tight, or your shift is under nine hours, choose the KettyBot Pro, which gives you the same screen on a smaller budget.
