Who Sells Booster Robots in Turkey?
Robotlar.org is an authorized distributor of Booster Robotics products in Turkey. T1, K1 and T2 orders are placed through Robotlar.org and invoiced in Turkey; installation, training, warranty and service are handled by the same team. A technical summary of the three models and the integration scope is on the Booster Robotics authorized distributor in Turkey page.
Prices on foreign reseller and store sites are not delivered prices in Turkey: customs, VAT, freight, insurance and installation are not included, and the warranty runs in the seller's country. A Robotlar.org quote is a proforma that includes all of these items.
How Does the Ordering Process Work?
- Needs discussion and quote request: model, edition, unit count, end-effector and use case (lessons, research, RoboCup, trade show or field demo) are clarified. Quote requests are answered within the same business day.
- Proforma: a proforma invoice including taxes and freight is prepared. For institutional purchases, a technical specification text is provided at this stage too.
- Order and schedule: the order is placed against the approved proforma. Booster models are supplied to order; delivery time depends on edition and configuration and is stated in the quote.
- Delivery and on-site commissioning: the robot is unboxed at your site; first start-up, network setup, calibration and safety checks are carried out, and operator and developer training is given.
- Warranty and support: the 1-year warranty and the technical support agreement (SLA) take effect, covering remote and on-site support and software updates.

For the price structure see the K1, T1 and T2 price pages; for school use the K1 education robot guide, and for the difference between the two larger bodies the T1 vs T2 comparison.
Customs, VAT and Proforma
When you buy through Robotlar.org, Robotlar.org takes on the import: customs procedures, taxes and freight are inside the proforma price and the buyer receives an invoice issued in Turkey. This also matters for institutional accounting and asset registration; in a direct purchase from a foreign store the buyer becomes the importer and the customs declaration, tax payment and paperwork fall on the buyer.
For university research fund (BAP) projects, school and public procurement, a technical specification text and a proforma invoice are prepared together with the quote. See the university BAP and enterprise procurement guide for the detailed process.
Warranty and Authorized Service
The T1, the T2 and the Education and Professional editions of the K1 come with a 1-year warranty; the manufacturer's warranty on the K1 Geek edition is three months. Warranty and service are handled in Turkey: fault diagnosis and first response take place in Turkey, and where spare parts are needed, supply runs between the manufacturer and Robotlar.org. Software and firmware updates, remote support and on-site service when needed are part of the technical support agreement (SLA). A service and maintenance offer for the post-warranty period is given separately.
What Does the Integration and Training Service Cover?
- SDK installation: installing the Booster SDK on Ubuntu 22.04 with C++ and Python, first motion commands and example clients (Booster SDK guide).
- Connection to your existing stack: integration with the ROS 2 based system in your lab, including the flow of sensor data and commands.
- Reinforcement learning: policy training in Isaac Gym with Booster Gym, validation in MuJoCo and transfer to the real robot (Booster Gym guide).
- RoboCup team training: setting up vision, decision-making and the game controller with the open-source robocup_demo software (humanoid soccer robot guide).
- Lab setup: a safe working area, charging and storage layout, teacher and assistant training.

Why Buy from a Distributor Rather than Abroad?
A direct purchase from a foreign store can look cheaper at first, but the sums change at delivery. The buyer becomes the importer, and the customs declaration, taxes, freight and insurance fall on them. The warranty runs in the seller's country, so a faulty robot or part may have to be shipped abroad, and the lab or lesson schedule stops in the meantime. Installation, training and local technical support are not part of that purchase either.
When you buy through an authorized distributor, the price is a delivered price in Turkey, the invoice is issued in Turkey, installation and training take place on site, and warranty and service run in Turkey.
