G1 EDU is offered with special pricing for universities and research institutions. Includes Dex3-1 dexterous hand, Jetson Orin NX (100 TOPS), Python SDK, ROS2 and Isaac Sim support. Special discounts available for TÜBİTAK-supported projects and academic research.
SDK and API Access
The EDU version provides motor-level control and full access to all sensor data. Fully compatible with Python SDK, ROS2 packages, Isaac Sim and MuJoCo simulation tools. Sample code and documentation are available via the open source GitHub repository.
Differences from Standard G1
G1 EDU can expand up to 43 DoF with optional Dex3-1 dexterous hand compared to standard G1. Offers 100 TOPS AI processing power, expanded RAM (16GB) and 2TB SSD storage. Force-controlled joints enable precision manipulation and compliant control applications.
University and R&D Use

Delivery and Training Package
G1 EDU purchase includes installation, ROS2/SDK configuration, researcher training and 1 year technical support. Lab setup and simulation environment preparation are handled by the Robotlar.org engineering team.
